Special Needs Planning
Leaving a special needs trust for a
disabled child or other loved one is one of
the most important things that can be done
for them. This requires a special kind of
trust that will allow them to continue to
receive assistance from government programs
while providing for additional care-taking
activities or equipment for which the
government programs will not pay, allowing
for a higher quality of life. Our attorneys
can assist clients in setting up a special
needs trust to address all of the needs of
their special needs child or loved one,
including a special needs trust to receive
litigation proceeds. |
