Leonard Wertheimer Served on Power of Attorney Act Committee

Birmingham, Ala. – Leonard Wertheimer, a shareholder at Feld, Hyde, Wertheimer, Bryant & Stone, P.C., served on the Alabama Law Institute committee for the Alabama Power of Attorney Act.

This committee completed a two year study revising and updating the state’s Power of Attorney Act. The new law was enacted by the Alabama legislature this year to be effective January 1, 2011.
