Donna Bailer on the Alabama Law
Institute's Trademark Act Committee |

Birmingham, Ala. – Donna M. Bailer,
a shareholder at Feld Hyde, is
currently serving on the Alabama Law
Institute's Trademark Act Committee.
The purpose of the Committee is to
review the Model State Trademark
Bill and make recommendations
regarding changes to Alabama's Act
which was passed in 1987. The
committee meetings began in March
2009 and will continue throughout
the year. |
