Birmingham, Ala. – Donna Bailer, an
attorney at Feld Hyde, presented on
contract law at the 12th Annual
Statewide Entrepreneurial
Development Institute (EDI).
The annual conference provides
classroom instruction and technical
assistance for minorities, women and
other disadvantaged persons who have
historically been under-represented
and underutilized as small business
owners so they can compete on
Department of Transportation
projects and in the highway and
transportation industry in general.
The EDI conference, hosted by
Stillman College and held in
Montgomery, March 10-13, was
sponsored by the Alabama
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
Consortium under the auspices of the
Alabama Department of Transportation
and the Federal Highway
