Robert Bass’ practice of law focuses on estate planning and administration.

Robert holds an M.B.A. from Samford University, a law degree (magna cum laude) from Cumberland School of Law and an L.L.M. in Taxation degree from the University of Florida.

Robert advises clients in planning their estates to accomplish their goals for distribution of assets to beneficiaries while minimizing estate tax liability and drafts documents such as wills and trusts to achieve these objectives. Robert is also a frequent lecturer on various estate planning and administration topics.
