Donna Bailer’s practice includes providing assistance to individuals and companies in every phase of operations.

Start-ups: analyzing the proper entity for start-up companies and forming same.

Ongoing: guidance on day to day operational issues including general corporate upkeep, buy-sell agreements, real estate leases, real estate sale/purchase contracts, 1031 like-kind exchanges, employment contracts, and tax issues.

Exit-Strategies: analyzing and executing various options for exit strategies including stock or asset sales, redemptions, mergers, acquisitions, conversions and dissolutions.

Donna’s practice also includes minority and disadvantaged business certifications, estate planning, prenuptial agreements and estate administration.
Donna graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law where she was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif. She then earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law.

Throughout the 1990’s, Donna worked in a small, entrepreneurial environment that exposed her to many of the business issues including start-up, franchising, operations and exit-strategies for which she now advises others.
